We are proud to announce the official launch of the <strong>ACM\u2011W UBB Chapter<\/strong>, an initiative dedicated to supporting and promoting women\u2019s activity in the field of computer science, right here at <strong>Babe\u0219-Bolyai University, in Cluj-Napoca<\/strong>! \ud83d\udcbb\u2728<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is ACM\u2011W?<\/strong> Globally, <strong>ACM\u2011W (ACM Women in Computing)<\/strong> supports women\u2019s involvement in every aspect of computing. Our mission is to provide resources and a support network that celebrates women\u2019s technical successes and contributions, inspiring the next generation of specialists. \ud83c\udf0d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What does this chapter mean for BBU students? <strong>ACM\u2011W UBB <\/strong>is not just a group, but a launch platform. We aim to create an environment where academic excellence meets industry opportunities by organizing events, workshops, panels with industry experts, and more.
